Inspired by The Bauls Of Bengal.

Some of the lyrics in this song also reveal the origins of the Dead Fuzz album, which had themes from the summer of 2007, including an early focus for the record, which was the emergence of "Brood XIII" (yet another 13 for Wide-Eyed). The cicadas were to emerge around the time of a "blue moon" that summer.
