Wide-Eyed's Winter E.P. was a project that kept getting shelved, and in the end, was only a collection of demos and a few finished tracks.

The E.P. never took its final shape, during its creation, and was only released as a small group of rough, unfinished demos, that were a bit buried in their only release, Sky Pipes, the double disc rarities collection

Falling Snow, was a casual, personal "experiment" of a song, where I staggered loops of some of the musical elements, while having other parts recorded live.

The recording was never completed, though the final version would have been somewhat close to what is on this track.

Since it was still a work in progress, there are some rough edges, and glitchy edits, although the staggering and falling out and back into time with the tracks together, is entirely intentional, and was very much the point of the song, as corny as it sounds, to make the music pleasant, melodic, and hopefully hypnotic enough to give the engaged listener, the sensation of falling, as the tracks stagger in and out of time with each other, hopefully recalling some aspect of the sensation of watching snow fall.
