The band decided to write a song about an odd experience from a February drive through the city of Toledo.

Despite it being the middle of winter, snow everywhere, salt on the ground - most places are understandably dirty or have salt residue on the floors, etc... but not in Toledo that day. Not only were the places strangely clean, but the people were nice in a "Twilight Zone" kind of way. The song basically wrote itself at that point.

Obviously, the song was written for fun, not serious at all, showing the group's sense of humor, and yet somehow it managed to stay through all of the song line-up changes that occurred with the demos and recordings that eventually became the LUCK album.

It was always designated as the final song on the record, ending the album with silliness and a "kick" (drum).
